Celebrating Courage and Resilience

I have a book in the works. As soon as it is published you will see it here on my website. You’ll also find a very precious part of my journey — a children’s book that I poured my heart and soul into. I want to share this piece of my heart with you to inspire and encourage you to step out of your comfort zone. The story behind my book is a personal one and resonates deeply with my own struggles. It took me a staggering 38 years to find the courage to share it with the world, and it played a vital role in helping me overcome some of my darkest moments.

Having served in the military and battled through serious challenges, including Military Sexual Trauma and PTSD, I am offering you insights and support from a place of deep understanding. I have fought tirelessly for acknowledgment and acceptance of my own struggles, and this journey has enabled me to connect with many others fighting similar battles. Together, we can empower each other and make our voices heard.
